Kurt Salmon Private Equity and Growth Strategy Group

I was wondering if anyone had any information about this group of Kurt Salmon? There is limited information about them online. I know it's a small team but it seems comprised of ~70% Stanford grads and the former members have had some amazing exit opps in the past. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response and the insight! Mostly curious about the project deal flow, what they're known for (which you already mentioned), and overall trends in the group's performance. Also the general integration of the team with Accenture strategy.

This is a prestigious, highly autonomous group that is now part of Accenture Strategy. It has long been selective (only recruiting at Stanford and occasionally UVA & Cornell), and despite being acquired last year it continues to only bring in candidates from that pipeline, rather than from the rest of Accenture Strategy. The group works with major PE shops across the country, helping them conduct due diligence on target investment opportunities, and advise portfolio companies on growth strategy and competitive positioning. Exits opportunities are mostly in PE, and they're definitely strong. Hope this helps

Can confirm they seem to be a pretty strong firm. Heavily recruit at Stanford.

Their specialty is in Consumer/Retail. Run pretty autonomously from Accenture Strategy, and have their own recruiting process separate from Accenture, but are still able to take advantage of the Accenture network. Seem to have a pretty good culture. Can only say positive things about them based on their OCR recruiting efforts.
