London Growth Equity Associate Comp?
Hi there, does anybody know Associate comp at Tier 1 growth equity shops in London (GA / H&F / TVC / Summit / Apax Digital / Marlin etc.)? Which have good work/life balance rep? Thanks!

Below private equity. Especially on bonus. Expect it to be about 60/65% or equivalent PE firms in total comp. Better work life balance.
NB significant difference between firms in terms of sourcing as a % of time - which is a less valuable skill really (as in not that hard to be good at it (unless you have no social skills/it’s a numbers game/depends on the quality of your shop).
So what does it look like in terms of GBP ?
and what are the hours at those shops ?
TA Associates, Associate all in, GBP 140k
H&F is definitely not a GE shop lol, although in PE they focus on firms with high growth they lever the fuck up.
Anyone know how Apax Digital is regarded in London/associate comp there?

75k base + 45k bonus + { }k signing depending on how well you negotiate.
Can second the figures below for TA.
What’s the range for signing ? Like 5k, 20k, 50k ?
Do you get carry ?
No carry. In accordance to the HH, signing bonus can be slightly higher than banking (i.e. little above 10k).

Any idea about comp progression? Would be great if you could shed some light on what VPs/Principals earn at those names!
What are the hours like at good GE shops like Summit, GA and TA? Any better than banking?

Pay significantly differs for the above btw, H&F and GA by far above the others.
