Micro VC your take?

Hey community, wanted your opinion take on the following:

Currently in a boutique IB, have close to 3 years of exp. closed 4 deals over the years small (small $2Mn-10Mn) majorly in Business services (Industrial) and healthcare.

I saw an job opening in a impact micro VC fund (current fund raised $15 Mn; looking to raise another $45 Mn this year) mostly focused on health-tech, edu-tech, climate tech etc. somehow I cracked the interview and I've been offered the role (no carry only fixed+bonus). Job is completely remote (except for inperson meetings). Team is lean as they always are, MP & the director ( the way its structured) are extremely experienced folks from IB background.

Wanted your take how would you assess this opportunity if this is a must take or pass ?( No pay cut so far 25% bump on fixed + bonus ( relatively very low)). Thank you

PS: MicroVC is majorly focused on investments in India
