Has anyone seen people move from Seed - Series B stage VC to true minority growth equity? Is it possible and how do you present it in interviews?

Series B is already "true minority growth" so should be fine. Unless you mean the stuff TA Associates / Summit does then you're better off going to PE first. Moving from seed to anything other than seed is difficult
