PE/VC Opportunities in London straight out of undergraduate

I have just completed a summer internship with a BB in London. I received a return offer but I am unsure if I want to go back FT (found the work very repetitive & really don't like the unpredictable hours) so I am looking to explore other opportunities.

I was wondering how to pursue FT roles in PE/VC straight out of undergrad. What firms should I look at applying to (i.e. who hires directly out of undergrad)?

For some high-level background, I'm from a non-target school but have good academics & some interesting internships which helped me get into the BB this summer.

Any advice would be great.
