Programs that increase odds to land Healthcare/Biotech VC Analyst Position

Canadian grad student here. Looking to break into US healthcare/biotech VC at the analyst level. Ideally at a reputable larger fund. Problem is both undergrad (sub 3.5 GPA) and masters (4.0 GPA) is from a non-target Canadian university.

I think I need to pursue another graduate degree in the US to

1. Build recognized respectable academic pedigree

2. Leverage network/alumni connections by being in the US

I am not sure what the right program for me is, given I already have a MSc (1yr).

I have a biology background and I've garnered almost as much VC experience (platform and investing) as one can at 23 years old in internships/case comps and such.

What schools/programs would exponentially increase my chances? Does doing another MSc or MA make sense? Should I go into a PhD or MBA? What is the opportunity cost here

Thank you all!
