Prop tech VC from REPE
Curious to hear anyone’s thoughts on prop tech. Seems like there’s been some growing appetite with VC funds in this space. Could you lateral from a traditional, vanilla equity fund focused properties?
Possible, yes – common, no. I’d recommend blogging + tweeting your unique views of CRE & #PropTech (everybody has some) for a few months, networking along the way. Maybe do some company breakdowns in public. Space is definitely growing.
