Should I start a startup/be an entrepreneur?

Background: Non STEM/technical (lmao do I look like a code/engineer monkey bitch), Oxbridge educated, Rhodes Scholar, HSW MBA, former Senator, Bulging Rolodex, ~85MM net worth, mid-20s, IB, MBB and PE MF background (hence bulging rolodex), fortunate to be born into a family with another ~2400MM capital available to commit to funding my startup.

Should I build a business from scratch with a co-founder (non technical, I don't want some bitch code monkey), either in traditional consumer/retail or tech, or acquire one in the 30-50MM range and manage it with additional funding?
