What in the Bay Area fuck is this... go to fucking college. Sounds like you've got some hustle, keep that up but go get a degree (preferably a good one). There are a shitload of Haas people in real estate, and it is one of the better programs in the country in terms of putting out young, talented real estate folks. UCLA is great too.

Thank you for the advice - getting my degree is definitely something I want to do. Do you think Haas vs Econ at UCB for undergrad would make a big difference. The difference is 6% transfer rate versus 18% - I’m certain I easily get a 4.0 (50%) in community college so the defining factor would be essays weighing (35%), and ECs weighing (15%) for admissions.

Sometimes this board really opens your eyes into how "the other half" lives. Dude is 18 and deciding between managing his parents money or going to college.

Here I am originally from a rural town where the only school in the area (public or private) had a graduating class of 75 and I send money back to my parents every month.

Very much like the "Net worth goal" thread where there are 22 year olds expecting to have a net worth of 5M by 30. Yea if your parents die when you're 29...

Yes I am salty
