I've performed well in my VC internship and will be going full time as an analyst.
I'm happy with salary but wondering if a performance bonus would be part of the contractual agreement/employment contract.
Would someone with more experience be able provide any info? Is it standard for a bonus, early stage VC in particular, to not be included in the terms?
