Spectrum Equity vs KKR NGT?

I'm an undergrad interested in GE and trying to go into growth straight out of undergrad. I've noticed that KKR NGT is a pretty common exit for Spectrum people. Both firms have dedicated analyst programs. I was wondering which firm is better in terms of prestige, comp, lifestyle etc.

I've heard a few negative things about NGT being that buyout is KKR's bread and butter and the growth team is relatively new. And of course Spectrum is a decent shop but a cut below Insight/GA. I was curious which firm is better overall for someone in my position.
