Telecom rotational program to VC

I recently landed a 2 year general rotation program at a large Canadian telecom company. After my first rotation, I will have some say as to where I can do my next rotations. I would eventually like try a start-up > VC or HSW MBA > VC. Does anyone have any recommendations on which units I should do my rotations in?

Thanks!

Unfortunately the opportunities available will be based on need at the time so there is no way to know for sure. I tried to do research on the different types of departments; I am not sure if there is a corp dev or biz dev but they do have a strategy department. They also have a M&A department alongside the more traditional departments. I will do 4 rotations in total.

an M&A department is the same thing as a corp dev would be, pretty much, I don't think most places have both...
