Valor Equity Partners

I know the founder has a close connection with Elon Musk, but aside from that I don't know much about them. I've never run into them myself despite playing in the same range at funds I've worked at. Anyone have thoughts/commentary on what the team is like? 

Glassdoor paints a picture of "fire-at-will" mentality and long hours but there's not much beyond that which seems helpful.
