VC Analyst Comp - Family Office Type Fund

Hi all-

First post, have been a lurker over the years. I have a question about comp

I graduated from a top 30 school in 2017 with a BA in Economics/Finance. I have been working as an Analyst at a $100M venture fund focused on enterprise SaaS and tech-enabled business services. Vibe is definitely more on the family office side (10 people, 50-60 hour weeks).

My base at start was $60k with a bonus in the 10-25% range. I am now a Sr. Analyst and have been asked to suggest an appropriate raise. Most of the numbers I find on the web refer to VC analysts with 2-3 years of work experience and/or an MBA. That is not my case. What are people's thoughts on this?

Thanks.
