VC Comp Progression
Currently in IB and interested in late-stage VC opportunities out there at the big funds. I heard comp is a discount to PE/GE, but curious just how much and how comp progresses as you get to the senior levels.
Also, how do you recruit for them? Most of the HHs that have reached out didn't have many VC clients.
