VC Employment Agreement

Hola primates,

I have been working under contract with a new startup family office VC firm where I am the only person with VC experience. Things have gone really well and I am about to move into a "principal" position but the founder has no idea how carried interest or bonuses are structured. Carried interest is easy enough but his ideas of bonuses are pretty exotic. After an exhaustive search, I have turned up no examples of employment agreements at that level or higher and any attorney wants to edit, not create from scratch an agreement. Can anyone help a fellow primate out with an example agreement that I can put in front of his face, and say this is typical for the position? TIA!
