VC Excel template - convertible note

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had an excel spreadsheet or other tool. I'm looking at a company that has raised two convertible notes at different caps/discounts, and now they're raising their Series A. I would like to be able to plug numbers into something to do some quick math to see dilution/ownership at the Series A level without building it each time.

Anyone have a tool that they use for these exercises?
