VC firm interview quant test

am currently a management consultant with MBB. I have PhD/MBA and now interviewing with a healthcare VC fund. After 2 interviews, I am going to have a quant test. I am told that its a 4 hr test. so folks have any idea on what to expect and how to best prep for it? e.g. gmat type; build a NPV model; VC funding etc. If anyone has taken such a test, input would be very helpful

Thank you
