I worked four years in BB and then startup my own Tech venture. 

Now looking for a new challenge in the VC / Growth space in London > still not clear how to actually land a job in that space? Is it via HH, network, both (assume so)? But any practical recommendations / shared similar experiences would be quite helpful!
