VC investment memo examples?
Howdy - been interviewing with a few VC funds and I've made it to the final stages with one. They're asking me to put together a 6 page investment memo based on a company they're looking at. I've never written an investment memo before. Does anyone have a good resource for me to use?

The youtube memo by Sequoia (posted by the Holdthedoor) is useful. It's difficult to access actual investment memos since they usually contain confidential information.
