VC Portfolio Operations Interview
Hey everyone, I have an interview coming up for a portfolio operations role at a VC firm so wanted to see if anyone had any insight into what I should expect in the interview process. The role seems to lean more towards the finance side of things (portco FP&A, M&A, capital raising, etc.) so I don't think it would hurt to refresh on the usual banking technicals. Outside of that, any specific behavioral/situational or technical questions that I should start thinking about?
Some background: I'm coming from the IB and start-up finance world so I have a good mix of M&A and operational experience.
