Term Sheets and Valuations by Alex Wilmerding is a must read for anyone in the VC/PE industry. Great overview of terminology that is useful and is not too dry of a read. Would also recommend subscribing to newsletters in the space (Fred Wilson, most VCs also have great weekly/daily newsletters)
They are mostly in vc blogs and there are lots of them, and also youtibe videos and podcasts of vc partners. Nowadays there are so many other great resources like vision vc blog, you can learn a lot just by googling those, reading and understanding them
