Does anyone have any experience in VC secondaries - considerations, how pricing works, how you analyse portfolios in the current climate
Note it has become more commonplace and becoming a bigger strategy..

Are you referring to buying out LP positions in VC funds or buying out VC positions in startup investments? If its the former (which from your post it seems to be), then I can't help too much. But if its the latter, let me know. I have seen a handful of these deals and might be able to give you some information based on the limited deals have seen.
