VC structure for project
Need help with a project I'm working on, a business plan for a competition. I basically need $2.5 mil to start the thing up and want to have a $1 mil loan and $1.5 VC. How the hell would a VC firm structure this investment, what % of the company would they typically want, etc. What ownership would me and my four partners realistically be able to maintain? Any help would be appreciated
