Hi All, I have a VC Long term internship/Analyst interview coming up in a few weeks, I just wanted to know if there was any study material to learn more about VC Metrics, Term sheets, Cap table calculations, and general valuations in the VC realm.
Up until now, I have been focusing most only on getting my accounting down, and while I understand why I am interested in early-stage companies, and things I should take into account when assessing companies as well as trends, interesting funding rounds, I wanted to learn more about analyzing the financials and doing calculations.
