VC/GE Senior Salary Progression
This topic has been tried before but trying again given the poor quality of responses, clearly a very relevant question for all involved and one which other industries have far greater clarity on.
Appreciate it differs by stage / geo / role, so if you have good datapoints then pls add some context.
I’m keen to know VP and Partner level comp for: funds that do early growth (Series A-C), Europe (ideally UK).
