Anybody have data points for all-in comp for pre-MBA VC or growth associates? Thinking IVP/NEA/TCV/Norwest/DFJ, etc...

Early stage pays less than late stage. In what you listed, NEA is ~200K all in, whereas IVP is ~250K all in + some nominal amount of shadow carry. TCV might get closer to 300K. In late stage, there's been some wild numbers getting thrown around this year given the fundraising environment. Have heard Iconiq, Coatue paying $400K+ for people right out of banking
Not sure if the ICONIQ/Coatue figure is correct
NEA lower than 200k, in general salaries here are inflated. I’d say between 150 and 250k in most instances - ICONIQ and Coatue may be outliers, but they’re also outliers w.r.t. wlb / lifestyle so take that as you will
What do firms like Great Hill, JMI, Spectrum, etc pay?
When I was recruiting a few years ago I recall these firms were all around $200-250k (probably leaning towards the lower end). Unfortunately I don't have any specific/current data points.
