Early stage pays less than late stage. In what you listed, NEA is ~200K all in, whereas IVP is ~250K all in + some nominal amount of shadow carry. TCV might get closer to 300K. In late stage, there's been some wild numbers getting thrown around this year given the fundraising environment. Have heard Iconiq, Coatue paying $400K+ for people right out of banking
