Does anyone have updated all-in comp (base+bonus) info on the Associate and Principal level for well-known VCs with NYC offices? Specifically Bain Cap Ventures, Thrive, NEA, but others as well.

The capital has been spread across three funds: $650 million for its eighth flagship vehicle, $250 million for a co-investment [uc browser](uc browser) fund focused on rufusgrowth-stage investments and filezilla an additional $100 million directly from the partners at Bain Capital, which will be deployed on every investment out of the latest fund.
This has nothing to do with comp which is what the OP is asking for
