Not OP but can't you just post it here and remove personal info? There's nothing more annoying than looking up old threads and finding as sole responses "PM me", "Hey can I PM you too?", "I know it's a bit late but can I PM you?". WSO forums should be a knowledge database, not just a communication platform.
I usually just convert these to a phone call which is much easier. Advice is nuance and tailored so hard to make general statements on here. There's no yes or no answer.
I also just prefer talking to people so I'd rather spend 30 minutes on the phone than 30 minutes typing.
