Why is there very little on this forum about IB analysts exiting to VC? Is it uncommon because it is difficult to do? Or because others generally choose PE, which they perceive to be more lucrative.

I’ve asked this before too - if you search there are some good posts spread out around the forum that are really informative, but it seems that because VC is such a cottage industry, not many people on this forum have any significant insight to share. Plus there’s really no entrenched break in process like there is for IB/PE/HF
