What is the right Venture Capital position level?

Hello

What would be the right level to apply for as VC (Associate, Principal etc.) if I have the following:

- PhD Engineering - Honors

- 7 years Automotive Engineering Experience - Big 3 OEM - software for mobility & autonomous vehicles

- 8 months - Management consulting (Boutique Firm focusing on Tech Companies). Aiming for 1-1.5 years before I make the switch.

Thank you !
