Venture Capital compensation?

I am currently a student that is probably going to be offered an internship & full time position (based on what the CEO and COO said on the phone) at a pretty new Venture Capital Fund in Minneapolis area. They have been open since 2018 but every member of their team is well experienced AND have been in the IB, PE, and real estate investing industry for years. What would I possibly expect right out of undergrad for an associate position at an early stage VC firm? They are a relatively small fund. I was just wondering what the possible full compensation for a first year associate out of undergrad might be? I have been interested in IB also but was wondering if I should take the FT position if offered it (interview Jan 9)?

PS: I came in contact with them via email regarding a possible internship and they wanted to meet up and discuss and internship/full time position once I graduate next December. Therefore I am not competing against another person for this position.

Basis questions I am wondering:

  1. What will the compensation possibly be (associate position)?

  2. Do I take this job right out of college or do I try and do IB?
