What are growth equity interviews like?
I have a few internships under my belt within IB and PE. However, I am more interested in starting my career in growth equity / VC when graduating in 2024. What are growth equity / VC interviews like and what is the main difference compared to the traditional PE / IB interviews? Is there anything else in the recruitment process that materially differs vs. traditional PE and IB? Thanks in advance for any input.
