What does a growth equity sourcing analyst do?
What are the hours, how much do you get paid, what does career progression look like, how respected is it of a job, etc.?

Totally depends - could be 50-80 depending on the firm. You’ll spend some/all of your time sourcing and should ask about that in interviews/info calls.
How “respected” a growth equity analyst role is fairly subjective, but in general these roles are very selective with some being a no-brainer (e.g. GA, Insight, etc.).
Thanks! 50-80 hours per week or 50-80k salary per year? I'm especially interested in both pay and hours
