What tf is Top Tier Capital Partners?
Wtf are they? Is it an investment management firm that invests in VC firms? Specializing in funds of funds? What's the difference between them and a normal VC fund? I'm new to VC and can't tell what they are. Some people are just calling them a VC, but I'm not sure. Thanks!
