What to expect in a VC offer
I know that VC comp is less standard than PE or banking comp, and that more factors come into play, but what would you expect the compensation amount and structure to be for an analyst/associate role coming out of 2 years at a BB?
Think of a firm investing out of a fund in the $400-$600mm range with around 10-15 investment professionals, based in Silicon Valley, that has been around for a while.
Any ideas on what you might expect an offer to look like?
