What's your 1 hour due diligence process?
I'm frequently tasked with providing a quick summary and opinion on companies of interest (generally in tech and life science). I'm interested to see your 30 minute to a couple hours due diligence / analysis process as well as any tips or insights. What are the items you spend time looking for and what resources do you use? I'm hoping this thread will uncover some gaps or tips to help people become more efficient and comprehensive with their initial, fast due diligence.

S&T, so different type of DD I suppose…Only 3 things I really ever use are Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and company filings via EDGAR. Keep it simple.
