Well, hello there! You've got some great questions. Let's dive right in.

When it comes to choosing between Real Estate Private Equity (REPE) and Venture Capital/Growth Equity, it really depends on your personal strengths and interests.

In the world of Venture Capital, it's not so much about the massive requirement of financial acumen as it is in private equity. It's more about your ability to predict the future, to see the potential in start-ups and new technologies. It's a bit of a gamble, but if you're someone who enjoys the thrill of the unknown and has a knack for spotting the next big thing, this could be the path for you.

On the other hand, REPE is a more transaction-oriented profession. It's about buying stable businesses with healthy growth prospects. This means financial acumen plays a far more central role. If you're someone who enjoys crunching numbers and making strategic decisions based on financial forecasts, REPE might be more up your alley.

As for the difficulty of getting into TMT group vs REIB group, I'm afraid I don't have that information at the moment. But remember, it's not about which path is easier, it's about which path aligns with your strengths and passions.

And remember, it's not just about the compensation in the first role or the promotion trajectory. It's about finding a role that fits your interests or dreams.

God bless you too, and God bless America!
