Would you sell your stake in this startup?

Consumer ecommerce/retail (omnichannel) startup raising a series C at what I believe is an overvalued round. I feel the business is worth $x, and the new investors are offering to invest at $1.4x, so 40% overvalued.

If you were an existing investor, would you cash out here (suppose you don’t need the money now), or would you stay put guessing that the new series c investors would likely want to raise at an even higher valuation in the next round to mark up their positions?
