BB Wealth Management Analyst Program (NYC) Salary Progression?

Hey guys, I'm set to start a full-time Wealth Management Analyst program at a top BB next year in New York (HQ) after having gotten a return offer from my internship. There isn't much transparency out there on WM salaries or career progression on these official home office analyst programs—most salary info on forums or Glassdoor pertain to branch RIA WM firms, not analyst programs, so they're quite a bit lower.

Can anyone who's gone through this program give me some color? Starting salary for me in 80k+10k bonus, but I want to know if that increases on a year-to-year basis. Thanks!
