BlackRock FMA vs JPM Global Wealth Management

Hi!

I have offers for a summer internship in either BlackRock's FMA group or JPM's Global Wealth Management division. Both are very different--FMA is consulting/finance and is heavily project based. Global Wealth Management pays more, client-based but not as fast paced as FMA.

I am having a hard time deciding (I am trying to consider growth opportunities, pay, exit opportunities, team, culture). Does anyone have any insight?
