Freshman summer. PWM/IB Internship vs Sales Job

Hey wallstreet oasis I know there's a lot of info on summer internships, but i'm considering the value of a summer internship vs getting a good sales job for the summer so I can make money.

I know that doing an internship that is relevant to finance is optimal, but will having experience in B2B sales, selling cars or something of the like help pad my resume for better internship opportunities junior year/job offers after graduating or does nobody really care about past sales experience on the street?

I'm just debating this because I like the idea of more money, more freedom, and learning other skills that will make me a better business man long term instead of filing papers as a resume filler.

If you can be truly successful in sales then sure but for IB it’d be better to work in finance.
