How difficult is it to transition into PB/PWM post MBA, more so JPM PB/GS PWM than say Wells Fargo/ML retail.....
I'm sure a H/W/S MBA would help quite a bit, but most grads from there are interested in PE,VC, HF, IB, Consulting, etc. Top 20? Top 50? I'm just trying to gauge if a full time, top tier MBA is required/worth it to break into that field? Perhaps the same can be done with good networking, some sales experience, and a part time mba in a large financial district (nyu, kellogg/booth, usc/ucla, etc)?

to break into PWM? I think it'd be better to get some exp. at Wells Fargo and lateral into an entry level position at your aforementioned firms.
