GM Financial Advisors
I know it's probably a long list but does anyone know who GM's financial advisors are for the restructuring process?
I want to say Lazard because they are on every debtor side deal that shows up in the WSJ...lol. Even Obama named a former Lazard banker Ron Bloom to take charge...anyone else?

Don't know about other financial advisors involved. Rothschild also advises Delphi (one of the world's largest automotive parts manufacturers) on their Chapter 11.
I believe Moelis is also advising Delphi...
so is Lazard involved in this deal?
It seems that GM are advised by Evercore, MS and BX.
On the legal side Weil Gotshal & Manges and Dewey & LeBoeuf have been retained.
AlixPartners have been hired too.
