Goldman Sachs Wealth Management Professional Salary

I am currently in the process of interviewing with Goldman Sach's Private Wealth Group. I would be brought on as a Wealth Management Professional (one step above an analyst, one step below a Advisor). I would like to have an idea of what kind of salary I could be looking to swing in this position but also the pros/cons of this group and specific position. Thanks!
