Start Macro.. most people will try and dig right into financial info....

Market Size: Gardening Population, ability for growth, expansion Competition: Are there other garden centers? How have the been received? Are they making money? If not, why aren't there any right now? State of the HK economy: Gardening is probably a discretionary expense, are people spending money on gardening? Regulations/Taxes: Anything prohibitive that would make this a failing venture?
