JPM Private Bank Inquiry (Incoming Full-Time Analyst)

So I wanted to reach out and start this thread, in hopes that it'll find the right people so that I can get some answers to some of my most pressing questions.

So I am an Incoming Full-Time Analyst at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in one of the Texas offices (Dallas or Houston.) I didn't intern here, recruited full time, and ultimately received/accepted an offer, but of course that puts me at a slight disadvantage because I didn't have the opportunity to work with the team for a summer, get a sense of the culture, and essentially know what I'm walking in to. I know generally speaking, people's experience at the JPM PB heavily depends on the office they are at and the team they work for. For example, I chatted with this one analyst out of the San Fransisco office who said that they consistently work 80-100 hours a week as a first year PB analyst and is planning to quit right when they hit one year, but then I talked to an analyst from Atlanta who went on to say that they work about 60 hours a week as a first year PB analyst.

Context about me is that I am a female minority, (Hispanic, Indian, Black) and I would be coming in from a non-target school background. I'm wondering if anyone might have any color into the culture of the Texas offices (Dallas or Houston) ie team culture, hours, how they treat minorities, etc. I'm also curious about what types of actual work and deliverables will be required of me. I know people often refer to PB analyst as "glorified assistants" but I don't think we'd be working long hours and getting paid six figures if that was the case.

So if anyone actively works in the PB, used to work in the PB, knows someone that works in the PB and could answer any of my questions, that would be greatly appreciated. Even if you aren't too familiar with the Texas offices, any advice will do.
