Looking for a 3rd room mate

We are looking for a room mate to join us in a large 2 bedroom w/ large home office apartment in Manhattan’s financial district beginning June 27, 2009. Both of us are currently analysts at 2 bulge bracket investment banks and our current third room mate has decided to move in with his girl friend.

The home office will be converted to a flexed 3rd bedroom (it is larger than one can imagine) and we can share floor plans once you contact us. Rent will be $1200 / month and this includes DirecTV and washer / dryer in the actual apartment unit. There is a gym, lounge and roof deck privileges all included in the $1200.
