Masters Student and PWM Associate looking for next steps and visa sponsorship

Hi All,

I am an international student on an F-1 visa, graduating with a Masters degree from a semi-target school in Finance at the end of December. I did my undergrad at a non-target school in the US and have some undergrad marketing/sales internship experience. I've been interning at a boutique PWM firm ($5B AUM) in a client-facing and investment analysis capacity for about 8 months now and looking for the next steps.

-Goal: to find a role that will sponsor me or at least consider candidates who need visa sponsorship (literally open to anything). Would prefer PWM given my experience, but aiming for a higher income role considering I am dirt poor -Attempts: have done aggressive networking and have internal referrals at UBS, PIMCO, MS, AllianceBernstein, BoA -Problems: do not have IB experience or BB experience, have internal employee referrals (mostly MDs) but having trouble finding jobs that I qualify for or that would consider candidates who need visa sponsorship. December (off-cycle) graduation date makes me ineligible for summer 2020 programs -Additional: live in NY but willing to move literally anywhere in the US that would have me and be willing to pay me fairly. My program is a STEM program so I wont need immediate sponsorship (have till 2023).

Any suggestions or similar experiences would be extremely helpful!
