PWM- HF/PE

Hey all.

Just graduated from a small business school in RI with around a 3.7 GPA in Finance/Data Analyics double major and full CFA scholarship. Had a phone call with Lazard PCA through a MD I know there out of the NYC office but was not given a superday because I did not have IB internship and my experience came from equity research on my schools 1.5mm equity fund and 2 internships for advising. This is mostly due to the fact that I had no idea what I wanted to do at 19 years old lmao. So I started my career in PWM as an analyst and am studying for L1. So far i'm liking the material, don't find it difficult and definitely want to finish the three exams but I still want to do investment banking and my question is - can I finish the CFA exams by the time I am 23-24 then get my MBA and then go IB or buy side? Was also thinking of ripping through the Wall Street Prep premium to ramp up my modeling as well. Have experience building out full 3 statements and DCFs with perpetuity or EBITA and obviously comps.

I am really interested in global macro type stuff, am personable, have worked crazy hours to pay tuition etc. so I know I can handle the lifestyle.

Just really not trying to spend my life managing grandma and grandpa's retirement portfolio full of 6-7 etfs/funds.... Would rather close deals.

Someone please give me hope - lol

Cheers
